I read the reviews about ordering the shoe a half size larger than my actual shoe size. I did order a 9 instead of an 8.5 and the shoe is a great fit. || Globe Kids - Kids Appleyard Rewire (Youth) (White/Silver Grey) - Footwear Cute, but… The first time that I wore these shoes I got huge blisters on the top on my toes because the leather on the front is pretty tight and rubs up against your toes. Slightly modified from the original... The Half Cab "Pro" has a polyurethane insole (same as AV Sk8 Lo or the TNT 2 shoes) and just slightly more padding in the tongue. Both are good things! After more than 15 years, this shoe still holds its own in terms of boardfeel, protection, and style. I bought a wide and it still pinches my toes and is too tight everywhere else except for the strap! This shoe is not comfortable at all and I would not recommend it to anyone. If I would have went to a bigger size and width, it would have been extremely big as to where the strap always falls off now as it is. It says this shoe is for comfort, but it's not.
