I bought a wide and it still pinches my toes and is too tight everywhere else except for the strap! This shoe is not comfortable at all and I would not recommend it to anyone. If I would have went to a bigger size and width, it would have been extremely big as to where the strap always falls off now as it is. The first day I wore them, they were a little stiff, but after that became nice and soft. I have worn them all day without any problems. I only wish they had a little bit more arch support. They offer a little bit of toe protection and with the slightly curved up nose, I rarely wind up with rocks/sand in my shoes. I get tons of compliments and am often asked where I got them. They are very true to size - I wear an 8.5 dress shoe and the 8.5 sandal fits perfectly. I have rather narrow feet and sandals pose a problem because they are always slipping off. Because of the wrap design, the Shuttles don't slip, slide, wobble and they aren't overly tight. They are perfect. || Justin - 1408 (Black London Calf) - Footwear Greatest shoe ever! This shoe is the most comfortable ever! It is comfortable from the start, but not good for walking a lot. I stand on my feet all day and these sandals give the needed support as well as the adjustment straps if my feet swell.
