I have bought the shoe in two different colors and get comments on both the red and the green. I would say the Cole Haan shoe overall is true to size. This shoe is no exception. These are expensive for a reason. They are very well made, have a great look, a comfortable footbed, and a sturdy sole. However... they cut my heels open every time. I wish I could get used to them as I've heard you're supposed to, but they are just painful. Very disappointing. I marked "half size larger" because I bought an 8.5 and have since been wearing a 9 and they still feel like they fit. || La Canadienne - Faye (Coffee Suede 211) - Footwear Rockport Farren - Typical Rockport Dressport quality. The square toe makes my smaller, high-arched feet look longer and slimmer. Only downside is that for a W width, it's a bit narrower than the round-toed wing-tips I usually by in the Dressport line (e.g. Addington). I'd by one width wider next time. Zappos order processing was (as usual) superb, and lightning fast. || La Canadienne - Faye (Coffee Suede 211) - Footwear Pretty and versatile - Felt a bit longer but otherwise a good fit and very pretty on, especially if you like something that minimizes the size/length of your foot. Black patent is versatile for summer skirts or can dress up to evening in the hot weather. Wedge is a comfy heel option though this one is a bit narrow so took me a bit to get used to (I live in Dansko’s). || La Canadienne - Faye (Coffee Suede 211) - Footwear Best Hiker I've Ever Owned - I have wide feet and find most work and walking boots unsatisfactory for working in the mountains where we live. The Hi-Tec has proven to give me stability, traction, and comfort whatever I'm doing. Work or play, in it all day, and it's wonderful. I love it and bought a second pair for when my first pair wears out.
