Excellent fit. VERY comfortable. After wearing the shoes at home for only an hour or so, I wore them to a very long wedding day celebration. They were completely comfortable the entire day. Having a very narrow foot, I am so appreciative of the extensive line of Stuart Weitzman shoes available for both casual and dress wear. They are very comfortable and offer excellent arch support. When I first tried them on, they were a little tight on the toes due to the padding, but after wearing them, they are great. Loved them so much, I bought another pair in a different color! They do make a "whoosh" noise from the air escaping from the padding when walking. Not very noticeable. A good fit, much more comfortable than I expected for this heel height, but after awhile my toes start to slide forward and feel a little squashed; possibly "Foot Petals" would help with this.
