They take a little getting used to because of the rounded sole but my legs feel like they are getting a better workout when I walk (especially feel the muscles in my quads). The only complaint that I have is that my toes feel a bit tight (the shoes are definitely not too small; my toes just sort of feel pushed toward the front of the shoe).
