No one would wear a shoe like this expecting much comfort, but the line of them is beautiful - very elegant. They are quite pointy in the toe as one other reviewer stated. This is not a big deal unless you wear a larger size. I do, but I love the shoes and get compliments left and right whenever I wear them, so I don't care about my size 10 feet! Unique look, but still very classic and well-made with no break-in period needed. || Pleaser USA - Centerstage 701G (Clear/Silver Glitter) - Footwear Because the back strap is un-adjustable (and I don't see any way to have it tightened), my feet wobble around a bit in these shoes unless I tighten the velcro straps tight enough to border on being uncomfortable. I didn't realize this would be the case until I'd worn them too much to return them. They are cute, and I get compliments on them. I will need to put a heel insert in the back strap (and hope it stays in place) to wear them for much walking. The "wide" was barely wide enough for my normal-to-wide foot, so it does run narrow. After reading reviews that this shoe runs a full size smaller than marked, I ordered a 7 when I typically wear an 8. At first the 7s felt great, but then I walked the dog around the block and came home carrying my shoes rather than wearing them. Ouch! I had blisters for days. I love the look of the shoe so much, though, that I exchanged them for a 7.5. What a difference! They look great, feel like slippers, and no more blisters. The shoe fit is perfect and I would recommend this shoe to anyone with a baby. If you wear a Euro 39, you should buy their 40, which translates into a 10! Likely good for the calf but makes me walk like a duck and so not a great match. But a pretty sandal and one of the nicer strappy options for those who want a good for you summer shoe. Shiny metallic gold is not too much given the skinny straps. || Pleaser USA - Centerstage 701G (Clear/Silver Glitter) - Footwear Comfortable for a little while - Comfortable at first - like the style - then tried to wear them all day for some serious walking around town... got arch cramps and a huge blister between my toes. Haven't worn again - am sure I can soften up the toe hold, but the cramp issue may come back. The footbed is very comfortable and the straps secure... as to be expected with Born shoes. Slightly challenging to put on and buckle while standing.
