I have absolutely horrible bunions on both feet. Typically, I don't order shoes online because it is hard enough to find a pair that fit when I can try them on. Based on another reviewer’s comment (thanks!), I took a chance and got very lucky. These shoes even help make my feet look better as the design of the shoe covers up those darn unsightly bunions. Zappos customer service is fantastic, so absolutely no complaints there. The only slightly negative thing I can think of concerning these shoes is the strap around the ankle. It seems a little too long as it wasn't as snug as I thought it should be. This can be a good thing since it certainly wasn't too tight. The strap did stay put for nearly 10 hrs of walking and dancing, so it's really not a major problem. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with my purchase. Comfortable fit. Great for power walking--good support. I absolutely love this shoe! All of her shoes are great, but I get heads turning with these. These shoes are easy to put on, easy to take off, and seem to provide good arch support, which is rare in a sandal. My only issue is that the closures are a bit larger than necessary. The sandals still fit, but the sides don't match up exactly. In spite of that, the shoes stay on well and provide good protection for a sandal.
