Overall, the shoe is a very true fit. However, the toe area is a bit narrow, so beware if you have wide toes. (The width is a pretty true fit in the ball of the foot.) These are beautiful shoes that were for a wedding flower girl dress. The shoes, though, are very versatile and dress up and down easily. My daughter found them to be very comfortable. I ordered a medium width and it was sufficient for my daughter's wide toe area. She wore them all day at a wedding and danced the whole time. No blisters or sore places on her feet. Of course, the delivery of the shoes was timely. Ordered them on a Monday night and they were sitting on my porch Tuesday morning. I was looking for a sandal that could show off my toes and be cool for summer but that would also allow me to wear my orthotics and not look clunky. This was it. I did have to break them in – or break my foot in – until the thong between the toes became comfortable. But with wearing them a bit longer each day in the house, by the time I was ready to go to work with them, they were comfortable and very elegant. || Pleaser USA - Fresh-36 (Black Patent) - Footwear Great all around shoe - My kids all love these shoes. They are comfortable and keep his feet cool. Great for climbing on slimy rocks on the coast! || Pleaser USA - Fresh-36 (Black Patent) - Footwear A great sandal to capture the gladiator trend - Really soft supple leather makes for a comfy sandal that feels good first wear and capitalizes on the trend. No arch support so I was a bit heavier on my feet in this one and ultimately the need to fasten two buckles made this one not for me. (Though I did realize only needed to adjust the top one to get in and out of the sandal.) Cute on the foot too, but definitely accentuated my foot which I decided wasn't my goal for this one. Good for casual day due to the heel. || Pleaser USA - Fresh-36 (Black Patent) - Footwear Not quite right... Although these shoes were very comfortable, the finish left much to be desired. I was looking for white peep toe shoes to wear to a wedding. Unless you're the bride, these don't really work with other dresses. Just personal taste, but I didn't care for the satin. They're going back.
