Haven't worn again - am sure I can soften up the toe hold, but the cramp issue may come back. The footbed is very comfortable and the straps secure... as to be expected with Born shoes. I saw a Zappos ad in my In Style magazine and thought I'd take a look online. I found these after searching through the heels and fell in love with them. I was a little anxious about ordering online, but they arrived a week later (I live in Canada, so it makes sense) and I loved them as soon as I saw them. They're very well made, and the detailing is gorgeous. They have a very retro look. They are also quite comfortable. This is only the second time I've worn them but they already feel broken in. There's no rubbing at all and I think I could wear them all day. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and I got the 8 and they fit perfectly. My toes just touch the front and there's just a little room in the heel. I was also concerned that they would be uncomfortable to walk in because they don't flex or bend, but they're surprisingly easy to walk in. I love them! I have never got more compliments! I am very impressed with them and would highly recommend them! || Roxy - Alexandra Quilted Dress Hoodie (Castlerock) - Apparel Excellent shoe - Bought my 4 1/2 size girl a size 5. They have room to grow, are cute and well made. She clearly feels comfortable in them because she asks for them over her others! || Roxy - Alexandra Quilted Dress Hoodie (Castlerock) - Apparel Poor fit - These constantly feel like they're going to fly off my foot and I developed a cut between my toes from the strap the first day I wore them. I wear a size 15 and the strap does not hold my foot in the sandal. || Roxy - Alexandra Quilted Dress Hoodie (Castlerock) - Apparel Comfort without the klunkiness - There is one stationary strap that goes across the top of the foot and if you have a high arch is a bit tight when you first wear them. I am hoping it stretches, but otherwise the sandal was comfortable right away. || Roxy - Alexandra Quilted Dress Hoodie (Castlerock) - Apparel The shoe itself was okay except for one feature: the tongue. The tongue is so long and overly padded that you cannot cinch the laces down tight over it. This means you are constantly retying and adjusting it, and cinching it down super tight which ends up hurting your foot. If North Face fixed the tongue, it would be a great shoe, but the current tongue is a huge problem and makes the shoe extremely uncomfortable. || Roxy - Alexandra Quilted Dress Hoodie (Castlerock) - Apparel Hard To Find Narrow Shoes - Cute shoe, however this shoe I ordered in a slim but still must wear thick socks, I am surprised because I normally wear narrow width. I will keep this shoe and wear it on short trips. || Roxy - Alexandra Quilted Dress Hoodie (Castlerock) - Apparel Keen on Keen's - I ordered the Keen Daytona sandals, and fell in love! They took a few days to break in, but they are very comfortable, and seem quite stylish. || Roxy - Alexandra Quilted Dress Hoodie (Castlerock) - Apparel I like using this bag as my gym bag. The zippered opening for the yoga mat can be a bit difficult to use, maybe it's better for slimmer yoga mats? It does work with my yoga mat though. The photo of the bag was different when I ordered it, so I was surprised by how big it is, but I'm glad it's a good-sized bag (holds all my gym stuff!) The strap is very long and hits me about where it hits on the mannequin, but that's fine with me. And I love the color; I have the bossa nova/potting soil color.
