They took about a week to break in, esp. around the toe, but they did not rub enough to cause a blister. They look great with any outfit, but I pair mine with jeans and the shoes just pop! It's true to size and not too long. I like the zipper fly which you don't get with most shorts. So when shopping for flip-flops, I nearly always head for the men's section. These flip-flops are simply superb! I normally wear a 7.5-8 in Women's sizes and I bought these in a Men's 8. They fit the bed of my foot perfectly, the arch support is fantastic. I bought these to replace my Rainbows (which hurt my feet after an hours wear) and they're a huge improvement. My only gripe is the thick strap hurts whenever I move forwards.
